Description
Kelly often drew individual panels to tie together excerpts from his strip when they were printed in book form. This one features Roogey Batoon, the Lousiana pelican; Roogey was an entrepreneur and promoter who managed the Louisiana Perches, an all-fish singing group that, alas, met its end in an Okeefenokee frying pan.
