DescriptionThis page follows the one that I posted on Thursday night. An incredible full page splash of Spider-Man (who has spinally interfaced with Doc Ock's discarded mechanical arms) swinging through the city, as he calls out "I'm afraid I could get used to this," on his way to a final showdown with Doctor Octopus! Another stunning masterpiece by the always impressive artistic team of Ed McGuinness and Mark Farmer. I love how one of the tentacles is shooting out webs. And Ed went with the fisheye lens curved building effect again, which I think is very cool and really adds to the surreal nature of this particular image and latest development in Spidey's always crazy life. Spidey is in for a rude awakening. You can't out-octopus Doctor Octopus. Try saying that three times fast.

Holy crap, dude! This is AWESOME! You have a virtual smorgasbord of McGuinness Spidey art in your collection now and the craziest part about it is that it all comes from two, short storylines for the most part!

Tunnel vision focus by Ed McGuinness! Eveything curves including the buildings and tentacles!

What the heck? Another one? Okay, now it seems like Ed is just giving these things to you. What did you do, trade him for a lifetime of free cruises?

Well that's not something you see everyday! Agreed, the fish eye lens/view is really cool, adds to the overall scene. And I hadn't noticed the arm shooting webs previously though, that's great! Cool page, congrats.

Now THAT'S a splash! Spidey with Ock's tentacles is gonna be a tough out for whoever's up against him! Like that he added the red to the tentacles, too :) Anoother McGuinness stunner, Paul - congrats!
