DescriptionAnother one for the fun yet affordable 21st Century X-Men portfolio. This one scratches several nostalgia itches including Wolvie, Kitty in the black-and-yellow X-costume, and Kitty taking dance classes at Stevie Hunter's studio."It's not an obsession! It's just that he's, y'know... hot." -- Kitty Pryde Story summary - Kitty begins this tale by once again begging (ie. pestering) Logan for yet another favor: to introduce her to Thor. She reveals that she has told some of her dance academy friends of their friendship to win their favor, particularly Whitney. He finally relents and they go to a celebration at city hall where Thor is accepting an award from the mayor. Suddenly, Ulik, the rock troll, and an accompanying guide attack to steal Mjolnir. With Kitty and Wolverine's help, Thor manages to defeat them and ultimately punch Ulik back to Asgard [happening in the first couple of panels on this page]. The next day Thor shows up at Ms. Hunter's Dance Studio and plays along that he and Kitty know each other, much to Whitney's surprise [beginning in the bottom panels of this page]. He subtly reveals to Kitty that Logan managed to track him down before she asks him about how he gets his hair to look so good! Social/Sharing |

I'm the biggest fan of "fun AND affordable", and this page definitely provides that. Kitty in her original costume while still dancing at Stevie Hunter's studio? Classic!

Incredible pickup Jeff! I really loved this particular costume for Kitty Pryde! I think Koblish doesn't get the credit that he deserves, but he did some really fun work!! Congrats!!

loving the fun and affordable pickups. this is an underrated book/series IMHO. i've got a page from issue 12 and love how Kitty looks in this
