Never was ever worried about adding Alex Raymond into my collection as most was too expensive the way I have been buying art. But this feel into my lap and the seller sold it for what was I can't refuse it type price. Not cheap but very fair.

Since I have been doing a slow update of my collection on CAF I thought it would be fun to add two of the great artists in my mind in one day Raymond and Fine.

Raymond was one of the most admired artists and along with Hal Foster and a few others the King of sequential art work. Almost every comic book artist wanted the chance to do a newspaper strip. Raymond was also I believe the highest or one of the highest paid comic strip artists.

Love all the action in these panels and in person the art is even better. Absent one day buying another Alex Raymond piece, this is a forever piece and need a frame.
