Possibly unpublished

Law and Order, created by Marat, debuted in Extreme #0 in 1993.
There were follow up teasers in Extreme Hero # 0 (1994) and Maximum Hero 1 (1995), followed by a two issue series in 1995.
They were a team of vigilantes, one extra terrestrial and one earth born.

This could be an unpublished or rejected cover/pin up.

Don't recall why I bought this since I did not read any of the issues.

In the comicart justice system, sexually based fight poses are considered especially gorgeous.
In New York City, the dedicated collectors who investigate these Mychaels femme fatales are members of a Sibal squad known as the Special Pin Ups Unit. These are their pieces.
