A framed comic art-style illustration hand-drawn by Benton Jew. Jew, a storyboard artist and concept illustrator for George Lucas' Star Wars: The Phantom Menace and many other Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) productions, gifted this illustration to Lucasfilm historian Jonathan Rinzler.
The illustration features a warrior wielding a lightsaber-type weapon, Jew's signature, and the note "Jonathan - thanks for the books and for supporting the art of storyboarding!" It is rendered in ink on drawing paper set behind glass in a black metal frame. The frame exhibits some nicks and chips. This lot comes from the collection of Lucasfilm historian J.W. Rinzler.
