AJ Donnell, 1944 illo intended for Thrilling Wonder

This is 'an unpublished piece meant for Thrilling Wonder Stories (Summer 1944) for the story “God of Light”, written by Lloyd Arthur Eshbach. The person I bought it from bought it directly from Lloyd, who said this was an unpublished piece. Signed by Donnell. It was meant for Summer 1944 Thrilling Wonder Stories, for the story titled "God of Light". The published image from this story is very similar to the Donnell image. Same creature holding a boat and a woman. Further evidence that this Donnell piece was meant for this story and issue is that there is another story in that same issue (Summer 1944 Thrilling Wonder Stories) that Donnell drew (he signed it). And in the previous Thrilling Wonder Stories issue, it mentions a fairly new artist by the name of AJ Donnell. So, the art was certainly done for this story and Donnell was working for this same magazine at the same time, even publishing at least one illustration in the same issue that this story saw print.'
