Let me guess...You were inspired to get this for the nottie on the right rather than the hottie on the left. The illustration clearly being a life lesson as shes telling the lady on the left that soon people will be politely asking her to cover up too, thus explaining why shes handing the item to said lady. Who said CAF was not an educational forum....

Lovely piece. Matania was a wonderful artist and illustrator. I'm lucky that I have a couple of pieces by him.
