Description

I've always had a love for the pulpy stuff from Doc Savage to Tarzan, Conan and more. Anything that falls into that realm of Sword and Sorcery, Adventure and more.

At Lake Como Comic Art Festival this year, JG Jones wasn't there, but in cruising through the many portfolios his rep Essential Sequential had on hand I found many that fell into this category, including a good number of his Doc Savage covers. This being said, I was a little surprised that it was this one out of all that spoke to me the most but it did! I just couldn't resist this jungle scene.

Great painted sharpness and focus in the main characters that stick out from the rest of the jungle haze.
