Dominguez's art for westerns, horror, and mystery gave DC their advantage in these genre books by having a consistent quality throughout the line of books. Sure, there were higher profile artists who'd pop in for covers or short stories, but they couldn't keep up with the pace and quality like Dominguez.

THE JONAH HEX cover! Has that supernatural element to it as well as the The Man with No Name poncho, who Jonah Hex was based upon. Congrats!
