You can see the cartooning of the facial expression of shock and bewilderment through the shadows on the mask! That is some good inks!
A Bikini-clad Batgirl fighting crime would DEFINITELY be an All-New Batgirl. Super fun cover, and yeah, beautifully inked for sure. I like the ocean and birds through seen through the windows as well. Is she on a cruise? (That might explain the gift).

Delightfully light-hearted Batgirl cover! Really nice layout and composition by Adrian Siber. His rendition of Batgril's bewilderment at receiving a bikini is pretty funny. His ability to communicate Batgirl's expression simply through gesture and the tilt of her head is fantastic. Adrian's pencils are beautifully complemented by the handsome inks of Andy Owens. Fantastic pick-up, congrats!
