Writer Mike W. Barr’s concept of Abyssia might have had Edgar Rice Burroughs for inspiration, and their Queen’s raiment certainly possesses the appropriately kitschy look for that genre. Peter ably confirms the point with this delightful illustration of DC Comics’ telepathic and telekinetic heroine!
