Description

This one comes from Michael Rankins and his "This Woman, This Warrior: Ms. Marvel Art"-themed gallery. For his 73rd commission here he sent me a new artist to collaborate over, Edgar Tadeo. And I was pumped because I loved his version of the classic "midriff" Ms. Marvel outfit that was a redesign of Mar-Vell's uniform by John Romita Sr. which I suppose was ultimately too scandalous because a few issues into the series they covered up her belly button. This is only my 4th Carol Danvers Ms. Marvel commission ever and can never get enough of her. Blueline printed on 11"x17" 2-ply Kubert Strathmore board. Completed June 20, 2021.
