I don't throw around the term "grail" often, but this is a grail level page for me. This page is from a three issue story arc from Ed's run on Gen 13 where they deviated from the main story and did a sort of "Elseworlds" storyline parodying popular Japanese Anime and Manga from the time. In this story instead of the Gen 13 we normally have, we follow the Gaijin-13 (also referred to as the Science Ninja Squad) consisting of team leader Kyodai (Caitlin), Moetehito (Burnout), Tenkiyoho (Rainmaker), Juryoku (Freefall), and Gehrunju (Grunge) and this gorgeous splash has them all in a cool team shot! I was (and still am) a big fan of Anime and Manga and so this storyline is one of my favorites from Gen 13, so I'm super happy to own this splash! Would still love to try and get more pages in the future
