What a great Vader piece! Love the panel layout and just great design overall!
Grand storytelling design as always by Lonergan! Using the panel look to make the illustration look comic book. The blank borderless panel reserved for Vader's hand next to the throat and above the panel of the officer's hand is the best part. Maybe Vader has x-ray vision in his helmet to be able to see this cross section of anatomy.
Oh! Now that is incredibly cool!
Well it can't get cooler than this! Everything Lonergan touches is gold. Nobody does creative layouts quite like him.
As someone who's had the good fortune of commissioning a Star Wars piece from Jesse, I salute your choice. This is absolutely phenomenal!
