This is from LSH #2 (2005), a hilarious sequence (written by Mark Waid) in which Braniac 5 is maddened by the seemingly arbitrary nature of Dream Girl's precognitive abilities. Their relationship was one of the innovations of this series, which gave memorable personalities to the large cast of characters. Dream Girl is a ditz who can't keep track of what has already happened and what is still in the future, because she remembers it all equally.
As seen here, Kitson delivered excellent art. Everybody has their own face. The published page had full backgrounds of paneled walls. Were those added digitally later? I didn't think of that as something that was being done in 2005, but evidently so.

Thank you for commenting. Brainiac and Dream Girl made an interesting pairing throughout the run.
