Richard Powers cover for the Keith Laumer book "The World Shuffler" (1970). A wonderful collage typical of 70's Powers -- biomorphic abstract people/cities with cut-outs. I love that it actually has a kinetic card shuffling vibe!

Everything Powers has done is in a class all its own. An otherworldly genius with a brush!! No modern artist has ever approached his work.
