Poison Ivy by Dan Riba 2023

      Dan Riba was a director for Batman: The Animated Series and subsequent DCAU series. I had seen his name in episode credits and saw him in the Jonny Quest DVD special feature Adventures in Animation. I listened to Dan and fellow BTAS director Kevin Altieri on Julian Hester's What's in My Head podcast. I was favorably impressed by art examples I saw on Facebook after Dan started to appear at comic conventions with Heroic Fine Arts. When I heard Clan McDonald was arranging access to artwork and signatures, I signed up to their Facebook group. It worked out very well for me and I have this artwork in hand within two weeks of the event. This artwork was used for a print.
