Vampirella - Epitaph For A Stranger - page 6

This is another page (of 2) that I inherited from my uncle's collection. It is call Epitaph For A Stranger. "Vampirella" is written on the back. That is the only information that I have. It does look like it would fit with the horror anthology of the Vampirella publications of the 70s and 80s. I did a deeper search on archives.org and was able to look through a lot of the original Vampirella magazines without success. However, there are some gaps in the issues on that site.
