April O'Neil and Camerman, "The Case of the Killer Pizzas," Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) animation cel

From the second season Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Fred Wolf Films) episode, "The Case of the Killer Pizzas," this cel features April O'Neil and her Channel Six News cameraman (sadly unnamed) on the run. In the context of the scene, April and her news crew and chasing after the Pizza Monsters, as they make their escape from Irma's apartment building into the sewers. April even extends her microphone, as if to give the little monsters an opportunity for an exclusive interview!

This is a painted acetate cel layered over background print. It's possible April and the camera man are on two separate acetate cel layers, but I haven't checked closely. In this case, the supplied background is considerably different from the original episode's context, making it look like the characters are running near a power station. Vernon Fenwick and the Pizza Monsters are not present in this framed cel, meaning they must have appeared on separate cel layers.

These cels were sold framed in mats and protective plastic sleeves at various toy and department stores throughout the early 1990s under the "Animation Art" label. This cel was scanned outside the plastic sleeve, resulting in superior image quality for the scan. Also attached is a screencap from VUDU digital version, around the 12 minute, 56 second mark.
