Description9x12 inch gouache study. Been wanting a piece by Ruprecht for a while sadly 99% of is work is way out of my price range. Was really happy to he responded to my email, and got a painting directly from him. Always liked his surreal storytelling and this is a perfect example of that.Social/Sharing |

A show stopping dark take with the bed and the body drawn in clinical realism. Even Tigger turns away with his eyes closed.

That is an off-beat piece! I don't know this artist but will track him down. Nicely handled values and a lot of pathos packed into a tonal study
