DescriptionJohnny Bruck cover for Perry Rhodan #1705 - April 26, 1994. Normally I focus on science fiction art, but this bizarre Bruck painting caught my eye! This creature from the crystal world looks like a cross between a bandersnatch and a jabberwock as described by Lewis Carroll (Alice in Wonderland) and painted by Richard Powers while on a really great high! Needless to say I bought it!Social/Sharing |

Fantastical! The creatures steal the show over all the normal science fiction elements surrounding them.

This is really bizaare. Looks like the artist had fun using 'happy accidents' for some of the beasts texture.
