Description
Happy to add a two tier Sunday page to my Johnny Hazard collection, now I just need a full page Sunday from the 40’s to have an example of all the formats of the strip. Robbins does a great job handling the storytelling with the tricky staging of the two character being on different levels. How good is the cast shadow in the panel of Johnny jumping down from the rafters?! Love the next panel with the low angle shot with Johnny holding the skull as well. I’ve actually read this storyline too so that’s always a bonus especially when picking up strips that are almost 50 years old!

Thanks Matt! I would've been all over yours but Anthony cut me a great deal on this one right before CAL.

Yeah I don't think those late strips get enough love. I love his angular look late in the strip.
