Description

Early flyer for the premium campaign that enlisted various bread companies c.1939. A boy or girl could get a free application from the store dealer to send in to get a free "PINOCCHIO CIRCUS". A large envelope arrived with an elaborate cut-out circus set. Sixty different cards, 2.5"x3.75" on stiff paper stock featuring all the characters from Pinocchio could be found in the bread loafs each with a recripe on the back.The characters could be cut out and folded to be made to stand up, then added to the circus scene.
