The good news is that our heroes have safely arrived at the bathyscape bay so they can escape the flooding building. The bad news is that the villains did as well. Guess which side has guns?

“We're finally there... and the bathyscape looks good!”

“Yes! Thanks to the exit tunnel’s downward slope, water has not filled the moon pool. Getting out will be easier than we expected!”

“Come on, let's move. We don't have a second to waste!”

“Without you we would never have made it, May!”

“You spoke too soon, sweetie! The only ones leaving here today will be Kail and I!”

“No!”

“On the way down here, I saw how the windows on the upper floors were weakened. All I have to do is hit them with the bathyscape to destroy them and flood everything. Down here, you won't be able to get back up in time to save yourselves. I'm sorry, baby, but you shouldn't have betrayed me!”

“No, actually I should have known from the start what kind of a monster I was getting myself involved with! Stealing is one thing, Shon. But killing... killing is really something else!”

“Hey Shon, have you had enough, dammit? Everything is fine here. The bathyscaphe only has little energy, but it’s enough to reach the shore, and I can't wait to leave!”

“Me too, Kail. Start the engines. Let's weigh anchor!”
