Description

A wonderful gift from Jeff Wedding upon my visit to Las Vegas this week, where I met up with him, Matt Kennedy, and Nick Barrucci. Had no idea Fred dug so deep into the superhero lore for his wonderful depiction of these characters.

The Sons of the Tiger were three friends and Martial arts students of Master Kee that were created by Gerry Conway and Dick Giordano, first appearing in the Deadly Hands of Kung Fu Magazine in 1974.

Lin Sun was the leader of the trio, and adopted son of Master Kee. Kee gave each of his three students a jade amulet in the shape of a tiger's head and paws. The amulets give the three men advanced martial arts skills which they used to fight evil. Lin had a third of the Tiger amulet (the head) to increase his strength, speed and stamina.

A fun Sons of the Tiger piece, complete with squiggly knees. More importantly, a symbol of the generosity always on exhibit via Jeff. It's always a nice day for a, Jeff Wedding!

Deadly hands of Hembeck, the Master of Jeff-Fu, and Lin Sun are three called to stand as one, as one they'll fight, their will be done. For each is born anew, the tiger's sons!
