Description

I had the great luck to spend some time chatting with Stuart and his wife at their booth on the first day of the Lake Como Comic Art Festival. The question of what kind of pictures my wife loves also came up. And since they are mainly clowns, we thought about how we could make her happy. And the result was Pennywise - the clown in Stephen King's novel �IT� - in the version portrayed by Tim Curry in the 1990 film adaptation.

Stuart finished the piece - which is only partly his normal style - by the next day. And my wife is totally thrilled.

Those lush Sayger colors can't hide the sinister look to this piece! Amazing!

Beautiful mix of paints and color pencil details over the top! It has a cotton candy and bomb pop look to be attractive to kids looking for sweets.
