Love it! Nice....
Plaid pants was the play if they were going retro with everything else. Strong silhouette work by Reilly as we can tell who's who quite easily!
Awesome cover, this is really a fun one, glad to see in your hands. Congrats!
Reilly's art is fantastic.
Love this!
I couldn't be happier that this one is now in your collection! Tom has been one that I have very much enjoyed watching progress in this industry! Just an excellent visual storyteller! I always loved the added detail of the reflection of Iron Man in Ant-Man's helmet! Most those added elements really make this one a special one! Thanks again & enjoy!!
Thanks again! Nice catch on Iron Man's reflection on Ant-Man's helmet also, I didn't notice that at all. Little details like that can really elevate a page and that's pretty evident in the interiors of this book too.
Fantastic cover! Reilly continues to create great art with each new title.
The mostly silhouetted characters is a unique spin that works to great effect here as you can recognize some of those classic poses! Has a throwback feel while also still feeling fresh. Tom Reilly's GOOD. Congrats!
Wow! What a stunning cover to a fabulous comic! I'm surprised by how many people haven't read X-Men: Marvel Shapshots #1, but they should. It's a retelling of the origin of Scott Summers, an autistic boy who wakes up one day only to discover that his eyes have developed destructive powers. Is he one of the villains he's read about? Or could he be one of the heroes? This cover, drawn by the book's original penciler, Tom Reilly, captures that frightening moment when, to a young Scott Summers, even the heroes look terrifying and he doesn't know who to trust and who to fear. Fabulous additiion to your collection!
