Fun art, but the inscription is even funnier. Love the flip flops.

Skeeve’s eyes are cold and restless
And this cool splash almost dealed
And this Isstvan is pantless
Just a change Tim Sale he feels
He knows his Myth Adventure
And he knows he's gonna FOOM!
But there ain't no Wizard with Shamus
It's that damned Phil Foglio, oh

I hope it took you longer than 8-seconds to write this ;)

Love it when these some up. Fun set of books by Aspirin and the comic adaptation made the perfect chopice with Foglio and Sale.

Jason Hussa is going to be very jealous of you when he sees this, Rick!

Yahtzee!! Beautiful page, Rick (LOVE the black background!), and given that Phil had to pack -so- much story into each issue (plus all the related "funny business" that you couldn't help but feel he was powerless to stop just spilling out of him :) ), the fact that a key moment like this was given a full (and rare!) splash page really underscored the story beat. All that PLUS you were able to put together a two page sequence (that has a perfect lead up and payoff)... Awesome! Rubén may have undersold the jealousy a bit...! :) Congrats, Rick! Fantastic pick up!
