I found this little gem in France from the mid 1960s and just had to have it. Based on the American Roy Rogers photo cover with slight variations.

Rich colors, image conveys hero's gentle side. The phrase King of Cowboys in French on the cover, Les Roi Des Cowboys, has a je ne sai quois (and that's all the French I know).
