Patrick McDonnell "Mutts" daily from 2012 - Aquaman tribute

I've know Patrick McDonnell for about 30 years. I wrote him one of his first fan letters for "Mutts" soon after it launched, and he sent me a nice drawing of Mooch and Earl at the time. He rarely parts with Mutts comic strip originals, but last year when we were at a con together I asked him if he'd be open to swapping originals. To my great joy, he said yes! I wanted to send him something special, so I sent him the first Simone & Ajax story page I've ever parted with. Today I got this wonderful Mutts daily in the mail! I'd asked for one with Mooch, because my cat is named Mooch after his character and lives up well to the name. Patrick knows I've worked on lots of superhero comics, but he probably didn't know that I'm especially fond of Aquaman, so this one is purr-fect! Gotta say it that way because of his and my Mooch!
