Description

This piece dates back to 1992. It didn't show up in the comic book run of Hepcats so I am assuming this was published in his comic strip run in "The Daily Texan". This is only a guess. If you know where it's from, please let me know.

I would imagine so as that's where the strips appeared and they were still doing collections into 1993.
