DescriptionI have tried to track down the specific episode that this image was used in, but I believe it must have been part of the Fantastic Four Season two run from 1994 to 1996. I think this because season two featured four episodes in which Medusa appeared; The Inhumans Saga included "And the Wind Cries Medusa" episode 16, "The Inhumans Among Us" episode 17, and "Beware the Hidden Land" episode 18...and then in episode 25 which was titled "The Sentry Sinister".Although the animation wasn't that great by today's standards, it was typical of the time. The production companies for season 2 were "Philippine Animation Studio and the series was released in syndication as part of the "Marvel Action Hour / Marvel Action Universe". I'm not going to get into who Medusa is because at this point you either know or you don't. But briefly she is one of the Inhumans who was able to control her hair like it was another arm-like appendage. (SIDE NOTE... the cel came with the painted production-used background but it doesn't seem to match the the scenes featuring Medusa so I'm not sure where it was actually used) Social/Sharing |
