This is really lovely. I like the way that Manix's depiction of Galactus humanizes him. There's some genuine warmth and curiosity in the way he's looking at Norris.

I'm late to the party in posting on this piece, but Manix cover cards from SDCC were a whole class of winners above all that there was to see at the show. Congrats on a cosmic beauty!

I don't know why, but everytime I see another Manix work of art, my jaw drops to the floor! What is it about Manix's work that amazes and astonishes me? I'd guess it's the delight of seeing characters I know and covers I love in a whole new light! I mean, I've seen all these characters for so long, I get kind of jaded, they lose some of their freshness. But when I see them through Manix's work, they all seem fresh and original, like the first time I saw them as a kid! This Galactus/Silver Surfer card is fabulous! Love Manix's style here, love his colors, love everything about it. Fantastic pick-up, congrats!
