Description
A color drawing from 1966 of Billy from Bil Keane’s comic strip Family Circus. I read some place Bil based Billy on his son Glen. For anyone with kids, Glen was a renowned animator for Disney Feature Animation who designed many beloved characters as Ariel (The Little Mermaid), Beast (Beauty & the Beast), and Tarzan (Tarzan).

That coloring from Bil Keane is what makes it look special as the strip only did color on Sundays!
