Hmmm, an African American artist drawing a commission in which all the heroes and innocent bystanders are also African American, while the victim is white and the deadly villain is even more white. Maybe Arvell was getting some payback for a lifetime of comic book racism!
Payback is watching the Morbius movie. I'd like to see Morbius try to take a bite out of Luke Cage and see him go dizzy like the Popeye termites.
I don't know if they ever show Morbius puncturing Luke's skin with a bite, but even if they did and you called them out in it, they'd eventually retcon what happened by claiming that previous to their meeting, Morbius had undergone a process that laced his teeth with Adamantium or Vibranium!
