Who will be the master of the Soul Gem? An incredible splash by Kyle Hotz with haunting narration from none other than The Soul Gem! With the Infinity Gems now residing in the Ultraverse, they caught the attention of the vampiric alien known as Rune - though he likely wasn't expecting them to be as sentient as they are! Hotz is obviously a master of the montage, filling this page with images of Thanos, Death and Warlock amongst others all hovering over Rune as the Soul Stone exerts its control.

Very cool to see Hotz's redesigns of the familiar characters to make them look like they're under the spectre of death in this montage of the macabre.
