It's my opinion that artists draw the same poses and positioning for characters over and over again because they lack the depth of perspective of the character and don't try to buck the norm.

Not this piece.

Shot from just slightly under the character swinging through the buildings of New York City I can feel the rush of wind as Spidey flashes by.

When kickliy posted this on his instagram feed I fell in love with it and reached out to see if it was for sale. It wasn't at the time...but here we are.

I love the thick lines and dark colors of the suit. The rough color, especially in the feet helps to illustrate (at least for me) how fast Spidey's swinging on that thread.

As an added bonus there's some additional doodle off to the right. It's just a fun piece. I highly recommend adding kickliy to your social feeds wherever you can.
