Description

An escaping woman has been caught and chained. She is dragged into a dungeon...

“Chains! No! Help! Get me out of here! Aah!… No! Let me go! Why? Please!”

“Bring her to me, Dorka.”

“Noo! My Lady, I beg you!”

Ow, that looks hard on the knees. Some of the bricks are outlined in black and some in white, as the lighting changes. The first and last panels on the right hand page are Dutch-angled.

Looks like the Ghost of Christmas Past caught up to her!

Chains and stones!  Linework for the horror lighting is at its best for an atmosphere of fear and dread!  Just in time for some holiday cheer!
