Hey, it's Pete!

Best I can tell, he used to be a peccary (from Argentina perhaps?). Now this dapper gentleman spends his time playing poker, chess, and rolling cigarettes for his friends.

Obtained from the Hell, Ink & Water: The Art of Mike Mignola exhibition 2024 (Philippe Labaune Gallery NYC).

My first Mignola art purchase in 24 years. Excited to see his new Curious Objects universe.

Thanks for the comment. Agreed! Also a bit of whimsy sprinkled on this. I believe this was born from the Quarantine Sketchbook period. I welcome this new direction.

Great piece with Mignola showing off his surrealist macabre sense of design and colors. This is the kind of skull you'd find in a Dali painting.
