Doctor Who - 'The Iron Empire' (2017/2023), Title page - 4th doctor version - Vworp Vworp # 5

This is the pencil and ink artwork by Dan McDaid for an 'Iron Empire' story that was originally destined to appear in the Doctor Who magazine Vworp Vworp #3 in 2017. A version of the story eventually did appear in Vworp Vworp #5 (2023) with Tom Baker replaced by Peter Capaldi. The published version was drawn by Steve Andrew who acknowledges his debt to Dan McDaid, noting that his "excellent layouts I shamelessly ripped off for the first couple of pages".
