What a stunner! Eaglesham is at his best when he has room to breathe like this. Makes me realize I have a Hawkman hole in my collection I need to fill.

Great pieces don't come cheap!  You can argue that this is Eaglesham and Von Grawbadger breaking opening the heavens for the angels to come save the day.  Only the Thanagarians are more war like and will take limbs over souls!  Whatever you thought of this duo, it just got bumped up the FOMO list for everyone else.

It's not just the aesthetics of the art styles themselves, it's the love for the character designs and the characters themselves. Make no mistake about it, there still IS some level of nostalgia involved in these contemporary pieces. Not for the exact image itself, but for the character that evoke your own memories of the same character that you remember from the older comics you read in your younger years. This is a beautiful piece and very affordable in this day and age!

There are so many reasons to collect and to curate. The value or the worth It is not necessary the most relevant one. The emotion or the feeling that any piece of art provoques is, to me, the most relevant one. I'm not a Hawkman fan but I have to admit that piece of art is beautiful and impressive. Very good reason to have it in any collection. Huge congrats!

Hawkman and Hawkgirl are one of my favorite characters.  This page was such a tour de force by Eaglesham.  I was truly envious of you and this purchase.  Eaglesham should carry more respect in the industry.  He is such a phenomenal penciler.  Congrats!
