Description

Great Superman Vs. Darkseid page by Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez and Joe Rubinstein! Love the back and forth between Superman and Darkseid. Or is it Darseid? Check out the first word balloon in Panel 1. Letterer John Costanza forgot the "K" in Darkseid, but editorial never corrected it. Shame on you, whoever was in charge at DC editorial back in 1995! Also, check out the original art vs. the published page. (Second image). Editorial did see fit to re-position some word balloons in Panel 1 on the right side. Looks like they didn't like the fact that the lettering covered Darkseid's feet.

Not a fan of the inking, but the pencils are as fantastic as usual! Great Superman vs Darkseid art!

Mullet Superman doesn't get as much respect from Darkseid as regular Supes.
