Why were the word balloons blank? Was Valiant already optimistically planning on foreign reprints?
Not sure. Maybe they were already adding the words digitally?
I don't think so. If thatwas the case, there would have been no point to go to the trouble of cutting/pasting balloons onto the art. Odd.....
