My friend (and CFA-APA member) Ray Cuthbert owns the inked prelim to this one.. You'll find it, in his Plunkett gallery! Though he looks a LOT like "Count Dracula".. he is actually an obscure villain, that was featured in a very early issue of 'Fantastic Four'!
If I'm not mistaken,-- I believe that this finished-version of the illo, was inked by Joe Rubenstein. I can see no evidence of Sandy's pencils underneath. So, I'll assume the pencils were lightboxed, when it was inked..

Yeah, Miracle Man is from FF#3 -- the issue that the FF decided to have costumes.
