Description

From the description from the listing, I want to read this series:

Kennosuke Yaguruma, a master of swords and guns, transforms into the black-masked 'Emperor of the night' to fight evil and solve mysteries. The villains then go on a rampage against Kennosuke with their unique weapons and costumes, and the action, which is not at all typical of historical dramas, became so popular that it was made into a movie (1957) and a TV drama (1959)
