Apparition #2!

...so I wound up having to modify my Never Buy The Same Character From The Same Artist rule to read: Never Buy The Same Character From The Same Artist Unless They're Wearing A Different Costume. Hence, here's the second Apparition I have from Jeff, purchased on ebay in late 2002. She's wearing her first uniform from Jeff's run. So cute, so innocent... obviously she hadn't quite gotten so involved with Ultra Boy yet! Pencil on 8-1/2x11 cardstock.
