A silver age Romita Sr. ASM masterpiece indeed!! early cover content of Doc Ock vs Spidey while he's protecting Aunt May, wow, can't ask for much better. Incredible piece, congrats!
Certainly not something you see every day! Spectacular piece!
That is a heck of a way to start the year! Wow!
Amazing!!
Stunning!
Congrats!! That's a great one!
Killer cover and a 2up to boot! Awesome.
Twice Up Art Twice Up Epic Scene!!! Congrats Brother!!
Wow, beyond amazing. A slice of comics history, congrats!!
Absolutely breathtaking!!! What a way to start the New Year...
Wow Amir! Bring it to OAX! ;-)
That's a Museum Level piece of art. Not only because its rarity. Its quality is overhelming. IMHO on ASM run nothing is comparable to a Spidey and Doc Ock confrontation... if you add Aunt Mary on that dramatic scene then it becomes ICONIC! Huge congrats Amir on that SUPERB addition!
Major congrats, Amir! HAPPY New Year indeed!!
Historical AND beautiful. Huge congrats!
An early appearence by the Superior Spider-Man...
It doesnt get much better than this! Beautiful work. Huge Congrats!!
Oversized outrageous overwelming original awesomeness! I know that last word started with an "a" but it still sounded good :) Pure vintage stuff from the Spidey master in JRSR...so cool seeing the black and white OA here. Huge congrats! Bringin' in 2025 with a banger!
Congrats! A real special piece.
Jay-Sis!! That a great image.
Whoa...Dang! Such a memorable cover -- The Tentacles and the Trap! -- could gaze at this all day. Such history. Congrats, and Happy New Year!!
Classic Romita imagery...when you think of classic Spiderman, this is the stuff that comes to mind. Congratulations on a true centerpiece!
Spidey looks so angry with this taking a personal turn! A very bright spot in the Silver Age of Marvel as Romita created the heroic ideal image of Spider-Man the mainstream knows best. Presents so well with the larger format having the intent of each character made clear.
Classic, iconic, legendary, timeless. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. About as good as it gets for my favorite character and one of his greatest artists. Wow!
Whoa! Big time!
Fantastic cover!
Love everything about this cover!
Beautiful silver age Romita Spidey cover!
Amazing. Gorgeous. Timeless. Magnificent. A milestone. So many things I can say. But most importantly congratulstions!
Wow, that's a great one! Congrats!
I freak out about this cover. IT'S WONDERFUL. I think you have one of the best CAFs in the world. Every page/cover you put out is a masterpiece. A thousand congratulations Amir, you are an example to follow.
Congrats Amir! An astounding addition that is as rare as anything out there. An incredibly early cover, practically kissing the Ditko run. I'm sure this will be a cornerstone of your amazing collection for many years to come. Happy New Year!
Back to this beauty! Man! You break it!

Supercool Silverage Institution Worthy Goodness
What a way to close a gap in your museum worthy collection!
It's just breathtaking to look at !!!
Phenomenal Amazing Spider-Man cover by John Romita! When Romita first began drawing ASM, he mimiced Steve Ditko's style, but here in issue #54 he has clearly established his own look for the character. Spider-Man is more filled-out, less the scrawny teenager he was when Ditko drew him and more the man that he became. I love this scene, with Spidey holding Aunt May as Doctor Octopus tears a hole in the building to escape. Spidey's pose alone shows his anger that he can't take up the chase because he needs to look after Aunt May. Stunning cover--It must be amazing to see in person. Twice-Up covers are always amazing to behold. Great pick-up, congrats!
What to say...ASM early cover by Romita , with Spidey , May and Otto and if all is not enough is Twice Up !
Best of best...congrats !
Sockamagee!
Just another one of JR SR's Fabulous 2 or 3 Fifure Cover...a Masterpiece. Include his famous razor work and all the Jazzy bells and whistles. Congrats!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't believe it, tell me how it feels to have a piece like this. My most sincere congratulations.
Truly iconic. You have one of the very best, and most emotional, silver age covers. Incredible.
Wow!
