A piece that will forever have great meaning to me as it was a gift from my wife.

Much like the classic silent movie comedies, the Pink Panther cartoons were able to bring laughs without any characters uttering a word. I wasn't fond of the laugh-track they used but it generally didn't matter because I was laughing the whole time on my own anyway.

The Pink Panther Show was a showcase of animated shorts produced by David H. DePatie and Friz Freleng between 1969 and 1978, starring the animated Pink Panther character from the opening credits of the live-action films. It was broadcast Saturday mornings on two American television networks: from September 6, 1969, to September 2, 1978, on NBC; and from September 9, 1978, to September 1, 1979, on ABC.
