Description
This page from the final issue of the most recent Hellblazer series has a zombified Constantine, a pissed off Sandman, and a mountainous Swamp Thing all sharing a panel; a first, according to Aaron Campbell!

I love the different mediums and techniques used on this page. The eerie glow of Sandman, the splash of colors on the tree and the apples, and the more traditional inks. They all come together to make for an eerie, atmospheric piece of art that is entirely appropriate for these former Vertigo stars.

Dead In America was the second Hellblazer series in recent years to be written by Si Spurrier and drawn by Aaron Campbell. Both series were amazing and I have been wanting to get a page for a while now. Fortunately, Aaron was on an interview and sale show on the Comic Art Live Youtube channel and I was able to buy this! Even better, I got to pick it up at OAX!

Without the colors, it really highlights the mix of different media, along with the textures of the tree and apples. I feel like I may prefer it over the published page. What an amazing piece
